3D Micarta Knife Scales - 3/8" x 2" x 5" - Black and Gray Quail Feather - Pair

WoodRiver® 3D Micarta Knife Scale is a hard, compact material that will not warp, expand or shrink with age or exposure to weather – a superior choice for knife handles. Similar in construction to G10, Micarta is made of thin layers of linen cloth that are soaked in phenolic resin, baked and pressed into huge sheets. It has no surface texture and is extremely smooth to the touch but when shaped exposes a pattern that resembles quail feathers.

  • Once sanded to 600 grit, apply one to two coats of teak oil per the manufacturer’s directions to seal the open fibers.
