Our blanks are the result of a painstaking construction process and placement under high heat and pressure. Easily cut, drilled, trimmed and shaped. Poly Resin knife scales take a very nice polish, accomplished by sanding to a fine grit and then polishing on a buffing wheel or by wet sanding up to 12,000 grit.
